Description: Requires students to identify the compartments of a beef cow’s stomach from a picture, and answer 5 questions concerning the functions of each part of the stomach. Tabletop displays each focusing on a specific management topic important to beef cattle production and projects. Enables project members to explain and test what they have learned.
