Description: Meat Animal and Quality Assurance kit designed to teach quality assurance principles and management skills to youth enrolled in the swine, sheep and beef meat animal projects. Year 2’s topic is Animal Health Care Products, which addresses topics such as record keeping, use and handling of syringes and needles and residues. The kit also has an activity to teach premise identification, registration and electronic tagging. (2005)
