Description: Interactive CD-Rom introducing the fundamentals of horse judging. Consists of three chapters: 1. “Identification” – color, markings breeds and parts of the horse. – 2. “Stock Type Conformation” – determining the horse’s balance and muscling, differences in the quality of major body parts, and variables in structure and tracking/gait. Includes a practice class with official placings, cuts, and written reasons. – 3. “Oral Reasons” – the five basic areas of oral reasons. Includes video clips and quizzes. (1998)
