Intermediate

  • Learn how nutrition can improve your fitness and sports performance.
  • Learn about sleep hygiene and how it helps improve performance
  • Explore careers in sports, therapy, broadcasting, training, and more

Advanced

  • Develop a fitness plan and set goals for yourself
  • Look at a variety of ways track your progress and choose the best fit for you
  • Develop a nutrition or fitness plan for someone else and help them achieve their goals
