Ruthann J. Rehberg

Price County 4-H Volunteer

For over 40 years, Ruthann Rehberg has been a cornerstone of the Price County 4-H program, serving as Club Leader of the Big Elk Badgers 4-H Club and holding leadership roles in the Price County Adult Leaders’ Association and on the Wisconsin 4-H Adult Leaders’ Council. Her dedication spans local, state, national, and international levels, including chaperoning countless youth events such as WI 4-H & Youth Conference, Citizenship Washington Focus, and Northern District Winter Camp.

Ruthann’s civic engagement is unmatched. She has raised thousands of dollars for 4-H, supported food stand operations, and opened her home to international students, fostering cultural understanding and inclusion. Her contributions have earned her numerous recognitions, including the Phillips Chamber Citizen of the Year award, Price County 4-H Adult Leader of the Year, and other honors that reflect her lasting impact on youth, community, and the 4-H program.

Her willingness to serve as a project leader for any and all topics exemplifies her deep commitment to youth development and lifelong learning. Whether leading established projects or stepping into new areas, Ruthann eagerly learns alongside the youth she mentors, modeling curiosity and growth.

As a successful business owner, Ruthann continues to support 4-H through sponsorships and logistical support. Her legacy and love of 4-H lives on through her children and grandchildren and her character shines through her work ethic, compassion, and mentorship. She empowers youth with high expectations and unwavering support, making her a trusted and beloved figure in the 4-H community.
