Kathryn Noll

Buffalo County 4-H Volunteer

Kathryn Noll is a lifelong 4-H member who proudly says she “bleeds green.” As a youth member of the Clover 4-H Club, Kathy was most passionate about the clothing and dairy project areas. During her 4-H years, she attended the State 4-H Youth Conference, showed Milking Shorthorns at the Wisconsin State Fair, represented Buffalo County as Fairest of the Fair, and was selected to participate in the Wisconsin State Fair Clothing Revue.

In her final year as a 4-H member, when the Clover Club leader position became vacant, Kathy recognized the importance of keeping the program active for younger members and stepped into the role herself. Over forty years later, she continues to lead the Clover 4-H Club, mentoring generations of youth, including her siblings, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, along with hundreds of local members. Her passion for 4-H and helping others is widely known. County Fair is her favorite time of year!

Professionally, Kathy owned and operated Kathy’s Kut and Kurl in Alma, Wisconsin, for nearly forty years. Beyond her business, she has dedicated countless hours to community service, volunteering with the St. Lawrence Catholic Church PCCW (past resident), Alma Legion Auxiliary (past president), Buffalo County Dairy Promotion Committee, Alma Business Club, and Buffalo County Quilts of Valor.

Kathy and her husband, Curtis, have been married for over fifty years. Together, they raised four children—Scott, Angela, Carmen, and Erin—and are proud of their fourteen grandchildren. They continue to share their love of agriculture while spending many days on the family’s dairy farm.
