Youth-Adult Partnerships: A Training Manual is a program guide with activities and resources on how youth and adults can work effectively from a 4-H lens. Users should note that:
- the resource is not directly related to youth civic engagement
- the resource is less accessible to people with reading disabilities
- it doesn’t include images to explain the activities
- activities are designed for larger groups
- most activities require a longer time commitment of 45 to 60 minutes
The resource could be adapted by:
- adjusting font size, illustrating activities, and translating into additional languages for accessibility
- modifying activities to work for smaller groups
