National 4-H Dairy Curriculum – Level One: Cowabunga

There are three levels of Dairy Curriculum as well as a Helper’s Guide. This is the first level.

This beginning level book covers four main areas: Selection and Judging, Udder Things, Fitting and Showing, and Management and Records. Topics include selecting a project animal, nutrition, getting ready to show, and many others.
