Each level of this series covers seven different leadership areas: understanding self, communicating, getting along with others, learning to learn, making decisions, managing, and working with groups. At each level, activities are designed to help youth in that age and skill level group build skills in fun, engaging ways. They will work with another person or a group of people to complete many of the activities.

These skills will be helpful throughout life.  Youth will use them at home, at school, and in their clubs or groups. By learning and practicing these skills, youth and their groups will be able to accomplish the goals they set.
