Eileen Van Dyk, 4-H Program Educator in Polk and St. Croix Counties, created this video to help Wisconsin 4-H Leaders complete the first four pages of the Wisconsin 4-H Charter during the 2020-2021 organizational year. Viewers will learn about how to fill in each section of the form, what additional documentation is needed, how to set and plan for club/group SMART goals, and plan the club/group calendar of activities.
