Welcome Kate Wallner to Wisconsin 4-H!  Kate is delighted to be joining the UW Extension team as 4-H Program Educator in Ashland County! Kate is a born and raised Ashlander who earned a BA in Philosophy from UW-Madison and is currently working on a Masters in Sustainability. Along with studying in India, she served in Kosovo as a member of the Peace Corps, where she worked with local youth and families and mentored volunteers. She was a leader in advancing the Peace Corps resources for Volunteers of Color and LGBTQIA+ Volunteers in Kosovo. As the 4-H Program Educator, Kate will focus on expanding 4-H opportunities for youth and adult volunteers. She looks forward to working with and for you!
