Congratulations to Luke K. and Knellsville 4-H Club for being selected the winner in the Cedar Crest Ice Cream flavor contest put on in conjunction with the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation.
The new flavor “Haystack” was taste tested earlier this month by Knellsville 4-H Club members at their July meeting. The vanilla ice cream is layered with caramel fudge, crunchy candy and chocolate coated peanuts and was given a 10 out of 10 by club members.
Luke K. has been entering the Cedar Crest 4-H ice cream contest yearly for the past five years and thought this year he had a winner!
FUN FACT: Be sure to sample the new flavor Haystack at the Ozaukee County and Wisconsin State Fair!
