This program will use a tiered pricing model. You can choose one of three pricing options that’s right for your family. Simply choose $100, $125 or $145. We value the arts and it is difficult to put a price on youth programming, but $125 closely represents direct costs for arts camp programming. Thank you for paying what you are able to make 4-H youth programming possible for all Wisconsin youth.

All campers will have the same ArtBEAT! experience regardless of the tier they choose to pay. The tier you select will always remain confidential.

Parents are not required to attend but are encouraged to participate as enrolled volunteers. Becoming an enrolled volunteer is easier than ever!  Contact your local county office with any questions.

To keep this program affordable to young people, we ask that chaperones pay for the cost of their food and lodging ($75/person). This allows us to keep the per-camper cost low and offer more scholarship opportunities to youth who need them.

Registration will open at 9 AM on Saturday and programming will start at 10 AM. You do not need to join us until Saturday morning. However, if you would like to stay at camp with your child on Friday night, the cost of Friday night lodging and Saturday breakfast for two people is $67. The total cost for Friday night – Sunday would be $142. No programming will be offered on Friday night.

If you need help covering these costs, please contact your county educator to see if they offer scholarships for adult volunteers to attend statewide programs. You can also complete the statewide scholarship application as part of registration.
