Marinette County 4-H Volunteers
After a combined total of 95 years of 4-H leadership, Francis and Micki retired from 4-H in 2013. Their involvement in the Beaver Four Leaf Clover 4-H Club included club leadership, project leadership, and helping with community service projects.
Dairy and photography are Francis’s passions. He started photography as a 4-H member, and his interest grew. He was eager to help anyone, especially getting the younger generation involved. You will find many blue ribbons on his photos in Open Class at the Marinette County Fair.
Micki taught sewing, cooking, and gardening. She continues to step in as needed. She is a food and clothing judge who always has something nice to say, but will be honest to let you know what you can do to improve.
75 people who attended their club 4-H retirement party last year witnessed the number of lives Francis and Micki have touched over the years. Their spirit of kindness, knowledge, and generosity, will live on for years to come.
