Eileen Van Dyk, 4-H Program Educator in Polk and St. Croix Counties, created this video to help Wisconsin 4-H Leaders complete the financial records portion of the Wisconsin 4-H Charter during the 2020-2021 organizational year. Viewers will learn about each section of the financial pages, how to fill out and check the annual accounting form, and what’s required on the second financial page.
