Learn Together, Lead Together: Youth – Adult Partnerships

Do you have a successful youth-adult partnership story to share? Tell us all about it here!

Meet Madi, a 15 year old 4-H member and youth leader in her club. Madi and the club leader meet to develop club agendas, plan meetings, organize activities. They have a strong relationship, talk often, respect each other and believe their voices are heard by each other. They’ve worked hard to create a strong youth – adult partnership in the club – and their members feel and see it too!

Join Wisconsin 4-H in a yearlong experience – Learn Together, Lead Together: Youth-Adult Partnerships! We will kick off with two sessions for the 2021-2022 Annual Leader Training. Plan interaction and engagement.

  • Session 1: November 30, 2021 Building Relationships, Open Communication, and Inclusive Environments
  • Session 2: January 31, 2021 Creating Equal Roles, Voices and Participation

Learn more how YOU can grow your youth – adult partnership skills. Share what works for you. Try on new ideas in your clubs and groups.
